What is Layer 2? (in simple terms)
Layer 2 is a private cable, not an internet package. We run a dedicated Billmart fiber link from your building straight to EADC (East Africa Data Centre) — the data centre where internet providers connect. From there you plug into the internet provider of your choice, or reach your other branches. Your traffic never mixes with anyone else's.

What is the difference between DIA and Layer 2?
DIA gives you internet — we handle the upstream and you resell it. Layer 2 is a private link only: it carries your traffic between EADC and your site, and you bring your own internet or connect your own sites.
How is my monthly bill worked out?
Capacity (Mbps) × rate per Mbps. For example, 200 Mbps DIA × KES 130 = KES 26,000 per month.
Is there a minimum order?
DIA starts at 50 Mbps. Layer 2 starts at 1 Gbps, which is KES 80,000 per month.
Which areas do you cover?
DIA: Syokimau, Mlolongo, Athi River, Kitengela and Machakos. Layer 2: anywhere along Mombasa Road from EADC to Konza City, and on the road to Machakos Town.
